Production and development under one roof
Dongguan AIRSKY Electronics Co., Ltd. operates a factory of over 6,000 square metres with approximately 100 employees. Our facilities include our own production lines, an SMT workshop and an R&D team.
Our product range includes USB-C hubs, docking stations, USB-C to HDMI adapters, video capture cards, card readers, cables and hard drive enclosures. We support OEM and ODM projects for cross-border sellers and distributors.

Start with an existing AIRSKY model for private-label sourcing, or discuss a development brief with our team. Customization scope, sample requirements, tooling, quantities and timing are confirmed for each project.

Share your target devices, port layout, display requirements, charging needs, order quantity, destination market and branding or packaging brief.
2. Review the sample
Confirm the exact model, accessories and intended setup. Agree the sample checks and record any differences before approving a production specification.
3. Confirm the order scope
Confirm the approved configuration, artwork, commercial terms, inspection requirements and delivery schedule with AIRSKY before placing an order.
Agree what your product needs to pass
A quality discussion should be specific to the product and your intended use. Send your acceptance requirements so we can confirm the testing scope, evidence and inspection arrangements available for your order.
Configuration & materials
Identify the model, hardware revision, enclosure, cable and supplied accessories. Discuss approved materials, component changes and the records needed for your order.
Function & compatibility
Specify actual host devices, operating systems, monitors and chargers. For hubs and docks, discuss simultaneous display, data, Ethernet and charging checks where applicable.
Inspection & documentation
Agree appearance, labeling, packaging, quantity and inspection criteria. Request relevant model-specific reports and confirm their scope before relying on certification or performance claims.
Validation depends on the exact configuration: maximum PD input is different from power delivered to a host, and a display specification does not guarantee game frame rates. Confirm your sample setup and acceptance criteria with our team.
